Your Day-by-Day Journey

Day 1

Welcome to Marrakech
Arrival & Welcome Gathering

As you arrive in Marrakech, we'll be there to greet you and whisk you to our beautiful riad in the heart of the medina. After settling into your room, join us at 3:00 PM on the rooftop terrace for our welcome gathering. We'll get to know each other and toast to the adventures ahead while taking in your first views of the ancient city. As evening falls, a traditional Moroccan dinner will be served on the boutique riad rooftop, your first taste of the country's renowned cuisine.

Day 2

The Magic of the Medina
Souks, History & Local Life

After a traditional Moroccan breakfast of fresh breads, local honey, and aromatic coffee, we'll set out to explore the enchanting souks. Our morning unfolds in the winding alleyways where we'll discover artisan workshops and hidden treasures. We'll pause for lunch in a peaceful courtyard restaurant before continuing our medina adventures. As evening approaches, we'll gather for dinner at our favorite rooftop restaurant, sharing stories of the day's discoveries.

Day 3

Contemporary Marrakech
Gardens, Art & Design

Energised by breakfast in the riad's courtyard, we'll head to the stunning Jardin Majorelle and YSL Museum. After a modern lunch in a bright courtyard setting, we'll introduce you to Sidi Ghanem, where contemporary Moroccan design comes to life. We'll meet local artisans in their workshops and explore chic concept stores before reuniting for a rooftop dinner with city views.

Day 4

Relaxation Day
Pool, Spa & Unwinding

The morning is yours to linger over our lavish breakfast spread. Later, we'll head to a serene country club where you can lounge by the pool or experience a traditional hammam. We'll share a leisurely lunch in the garden courtyard before returning to the medina for an atmospheric rooftop dinner.

Day 5

Coastal Charms
Marrakech to Essaouira

Following breakfast, we'll journey west to the coastal haven of Essaouira. Upon arrival, our guide will lead us through white-washed streets and artist workshops. The day concludes with dinner overlooking the Atlantic, the sound of waves accompanying our meal.

Day 6

Seaside Living
Food & Free Time

The morning is yours to explore before we gather for a hands-on cooking class where we'll learn cherished Moroccan recipes. We'll enjoy our culinary creations for lunch, then give you time to wander before meeting for a seafront dinner.

Day 7

Desert Dreams
Winery & Agafay Desert

After breakfast, we'll begin our desert adventure, first stopping at a lovely winery for lunch and relaxation. By late afternoon, we'll arrive at our luxury desert camp in Agafay. We'll ride camels into the sunset before gathering for a memorable dinner under the stars.

Day 8

Adventures & Returns
Desert to City

Early risers can watch the desert sunrise before breakfast. We'll enjoy some thrilling ATV rides before heading back to Marrakech. After lunch in our favorite garden restaurant, take time to explore or shop. The evening brings us together for dinner at one of the city's most beautiful rooftop venues.

Day 9

Mountain Majesty
Atlas Mountains & Farewell

Following an early breakfast, we'll venture into the Atlas Mountains to visit a traditional Berber village. We'll share lunch with mountain views at a stunning retreat before returning to Marrakech. Our farewell dinner takes place at our favorite rooftop restaurant—a perfect setting to celebrate our journey together.

Fond Farewells
Departure Day

Savor one last Moroccan breakfast in our peaceful riad before we arrange your departure. Whether you're heading to the airport or continuing your adventures, we'll ensure a smooth transition to your next destination.

  • Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory for all Curated Journey guests. Travellers must insure adequately for the full duration of their tour with respect to illness, injury, baggage and personal loss and provide proof of insurance and a copy of the policy with their final payment.

  • Bookings accepted only after a non-refundable deposit of 30% is paid.

    The balance of payment must be paid no later than 60 days before departure, failing which Curated Journeys may treat the booking as cancelled by the traveller.

    All cancellations by the traveler must be received in writing and will take effect from the date received by Curated Journeys , in which event, the following cancellation charges will apply:

    Up to 61 days – Loss of deposit

    Between 60 and 30 days – 50% of entire booking cost

    Between 29 days and departure date – 100% of entire booking cost
